ALL ON X DENTAL IMPLANTS

The Journey

The information below provides details on what to expect on each visit, and the duration of each trip based on the procedures involved.

**All trips require an early arrival and a late departure to ensure the success of the treatment. (The number of trips is subject to change depending on the complexity of the case).

1st Trip Stage (3-4 days)

• X-ray studies (Panoramic, Regular X-rays, CT scan 3D, Evaluation).
• Treatment plan and guided digital surgery with specialist.
• Extractions of teeth.
• Placement of titanium dental implants.
• Placement of temporary removable denture.
• In the event that bone grafting is needed (Bone grafting, or grafting of bone tissue, is harmful to bones damaged by trauma, or joint problems, or if there is insufficient bone around a dental implant), the procedure can be done during this visit.

2nd Trip Stage (3 days) – 4-5 Months Later

• Revision of healing cicatrization of implants and procedures.
• Placement of dental abutments.
• Impressions and adjustments begin for the final fixed denture.

3rd Trip Stage (4-5 days) – 7 weeks later

• Denture testing and fittings with the dental lab and Doctor.
• Final adjustments of the dentures (as necessary).
• Placement of Final Fixed Hybrid Restoration.

**Since we do not have a recent X-ray or tomography of your current dental state our doctors will not have an idea of the current condition of your bone and sinuses, and it will be seen upon review of a current CT Scan/3D tomography. The costs for those two procedures are not included in the cost of ALL ON 4.

Materials

• Titanium dental implants.
• Hybrid dentures consist of two fused materials, such as porcelain or high-resistance resin, which are supported by a metal, such as titanium, zintron, or trelor. Hybrid prosthesis do not attract plaque and bacteria, minimizing your risk of bad breath (halitosis), gum disease, and other conditions that affect your overall health.
• In this process, liquid resin is poured into a mold, and once it is hardened, the casting is removed, the traditional dentures are added, and the bridge is attached.
• If maintained properly with annual visits to the dentist for maintenance and proper oral hygiene, hybrid restorations can produce a beautiful result and be durable (4-8 years), are reasonably priced and easy to replace and fix.

INDIVIDUAL IMPLANTS

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that is placed into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge. Dental implants may be an option for people who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason. (We use top-end brands such as Hiossen & Straumann).

• Dental treatment plan with Doctor and review of surgical procedure.
• Extraction (if necessary).
• Placement of titanium dentalImplant.

2nd appointment (4-5 months later, 1 day)

• Revision of healing cicatrization of implant and procedures.
• Placement of dental abutment.
• Impressions and adjustments are taken for the final dental crown.

3rd appointment (2 -3 weeks later, 1 day)

• Placement of Final Crown.
• Final adjustments of the crown (as necessary).
